Thready, steady, go!

When I first started Bornella Fabrics almost a year ago, it was my ambition to provide a full-service, sustainable fabric shop. I don't want to just sell great fabric, I also want to stock all the haberdashery and accessories needed for quality and sustainable dressmaking. As a small business it will take time to build up to this but I am DELIGHTED to now be offering thread.

We now stock Gütermann rPet Sew-All Thread which is made of recycled polyester - in fact one PET drinks bottle can make up to 1000m of thread. It's colourfast and is perfect for machine and hand sewing. You can either choose to tick the 'add matching thread' box on the product pages, or select individual colours on the Thread page under the Haberdashery section.
